Properly maintain tools and equipment and follow safety procedures. Accurately perform repairs and maintenance on all vehicles as specified in manufacturer-designed procedures or accepted industry practices. What you will need: Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certifications (or ability to obtain in 12 months - paid by AAA) or car dealer certifications State Safety and Emissions license preferred, not required Valid driver's license with a satisfactory driving record Ability to lift a maximum of 75 pounds, and stand for prolonged periods of time.
